Initial
This is our "get to know you" and tool setup process. During this step, we ensure you have the basics covered by running a full assessment of your site.
- Setting up a staging website to manage any changes to your website.
- Configuring our monitoring tools to track DNS status, security threats and update.
- Perform an initial theme and content backup.
- Reviewing the overall construction and code of your theme to identify potential challenges you may encounter in the future.
- Crafting a detailed roadmap that will document the steps necessary for managing your website and tackling your future marketing initiatives.
Ongoing
Shopify's hosted infrastructure makes it a great platform for small businesses that generally requires little-to-no updates on a regular basis. However, there is always a risk that things could be modified within your store incorrectly. As such, we'll take regular backups of all your core files. This allows you to quickly restore content should someone on your team accidentally delete products, variants, or posts.
Dedicated Account Manager
All of our Shopify clients are assigned a highly-skilled, dedicated Account Manager that will serve as your primary point of contact during our partnership. Your Account Manager will be available to help with all site-related tasks, facilitating all communications, answering any questions and planning all special projects.
